| Rod is a co-founder of EnergyConnect, Inc. and CEO of Microfield Group, Inc. (the parent company to EnergyConnect, Inc.). He has an extensive background in the electric supply and delivery industry, having served as a senior officer of major utility, power marketing, and independent power companies including PacifiCorp, Citizens, and Calpine. His extensive experience in production, operations, mergers & acquisitions, information services, telecommunications, engineering, marketing, trading, finance and risk management provides perspectives that few in the industry possess. |
Gary D. Conley
CEO, SolFocus, Inc.
| Gary is the CEO and Chairman of SolFocus, Inc. He founded the company in 2005 to pursue the commercialization of CPV technology. Prior to founding SolFocus and orchestrating both the technical and business elements of its global collaboration, Gary was at the helm of corporations in a variety of sectors ranging from renewables research (H2Go), semi-conductor test equipment (EPRO, Credence Corporation, GuideTech), Singapore-based semiconductor equipment distribution (Engage), and real-time flight intelligence services. Gary brings a wide breadth of cross-industrial, technical and scientific knowledge to bear on his leadership of SolFocus - enabling world-class technical and commercial advances. |
Bill Keating

| Bill is a founding member of Nekei and is a 25-year industry veteran, with several executive management successes behind him. Under his direction, Mr. Keating's last seven business ventures have gone public or been successfully acquired. Bill's operational experience includes venture funding roles at Moxi Digital and WebTV, and executive roles at Microsoft TV, General Magic, Rational Software & Sun. As well as being on the board, Bill is also an executive advisor to the company. |
Steve Parry

| A longtime member of the Canadian mining fraternity, Steve is a geologist with more than 25 years of operational and senior management experience. Prior to joining NGEN, he was employed by BHP Billiton, the world’s largest diversified resource company, as a member of the corporate venturing team and as General Manager, Innovation responsible for the company’s global investment portfolio in junior resource startups. Steve is Chairman of Powerspan Corporation, and a director of Pionetics, EnviroTower, Artificial , Venture Vehicles and Sol Focus, Inc. Originally from Chicago, he is a graduate of Queen’s University and the University of Western Ontario, and was awarded the Canada 125 Medal for his activist role in support of sustainability in northern Canadian resource communities. |
Scott Sandell

| Scott joined NEA in 1996 as an Associate, became a Partner in 1999 and a General Partner in 2000. Scott focuses on investments in information technology and alternative energy, and is responsible for NEA’s activities in China. Present board memberships include Agami Systems, Bloom Energy, Cassatt, Data, Dexterra, DreamFactory, HelioVolt, SolFocus, Spreadtrum Communications, SugarCRM, Tableau Software, Telegent and Teneros. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the board of the Software Development Forum. Scott started his career at the Boston Consulting Group and later joined C-ATS Software as the company's first salesman. He founded and ran the European Subsidiary before attending Stanford Business School. During and after business school, Scott was a Product Manager at Microsoft, where he worked on Windows 95. In addition to an MBA from Stanford, Scott holds an AB in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.

Roberto de Diego Arozamena

| Roberto has over 25 years of management expertise and a proven track record in building profitable organizations, working in multinational companies with international responsibility, and launching and expanding new businesses. As managing director he leads the activities of SolFocus Europe including business development, field operations, acquisitions and external growth, and organizational development. Prior to joining SolFocus, Roberto was with with Dica Consultores, S.L and Goya Partners, S.L. where he was a partner in these professional services companies. Prior to that he served as President of BT Europe, President of Sales & Service Worldwide of BT Ignite, was CEO of BT Telecommunicaciones, S.A., and Vice President of EMEA Networking Solutions for NCR. He received a BSEE from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

| Germano is Chairman of Arrow EMEASA (Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America). In his role, he focuses on establishing global opportunities from Arrow’s European customer and supplier base, and providing guidance to the European leadership team. Previously, Germano was President, Arrow EMEASA. He joined Arrow in 1991 when the company purchased a controlling interest in Silverstar, one of Europe’s leading distributors of electronics components in Italy. He held a number of significant leadership positions before assuming the role of Managing Director for Arrow’s Southern European region in 1996. After serving as an officer in the Italian military, Germanoli started his business career as a Field Sales Engineer. He held various sales and marketing management positions before being appointed Managing Director in 1977. |
