Mark Crowley is the CEO of SolFocus, and a member of the company's Board of Directors. He joined SolFocus in 2008 as the President, and was promoted to CEO in December of that year. Mark has responsibility for all of SolFocus' business and operations globally. Mark joined SolFocus from Lockheed Martin Space Systems where he was VP of West Coast Operations. During his 25-years with Lockheed Martin he served as VP of Technical Operations, VP of Programs and Subcontracts, as well as VP and Program Director of the company's SBIRS program, a highly technical program utilizing some of the same technologies such as non-imaging optics which are used in SolFocus solar systems. He began his career at General Electric and then GE/Martin Marietta Astro Space. Mark has a BS in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, and holds an MS degree in Management through the Stanford Sloan Program.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Bob Legendre is responsible for the company's manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and all operational activities. Bob joined the company in 2007, bringing with him over 25 years of global experience in all aspects of operations management including supply chain, operations, captive and contracted offshore manufacturing, NPI operations, research, and engineering development. Prior to joining SolFocus, Bob was Senior VP Global Operations for Powerwave Technologies. He has also held VP positions in operations and materials management with InFocus Corporation, Pemstar Corporation and Western Digital, where he managed operations in many global locations including Singapore and Malaysia. He also served as Director of Supply Chain Management for Emulex Corporation. Bob has a B.S. in Business from LaSalle University.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Bob Raybuck has responsibility for the company's financial activities, as well as administrative functions within the company. Bob has 25 years of general management, finance and operations experience in the technology sector. Prior to SolFocus, Bob was President and CEO of GuideTech, a leading semiconductor test equipment company, where he led that organization's significant financial and operational turnaround. Bob spent 17 years with Hitachi Data Systems where he held a variety of senior management positions including Vice President and CFO for Hitachi's Server Line of Business, as well as Vice President of Finance for both U.S. and International Operations. He also was Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ricoh Silicon Valley and CFO of eSOLD.com.

Steve Horne is co-founder of SolFocus, and Chief Technical Officer. Steve's technical and entrepreneurial background spans multiple disciplines including power generation and transmission, semiconductor test equipment design and manufacture as well as research in advanced renewables technology. Before co-founding SolFocus, Steve was the Director of Engineering at GuideTech, a leading semiconductor test equipment company, and had previously spent six years running a technology consulting firm known as Tuross Technology. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Ariel Electronics, where he was responsible for acquisition of company funding as well as integration of engineering disciplines ranging from mechanics, software, electronics and chemistry. His early-career experience includes commissioning two 500MW steam generated power plants in New South Wales, Australia.

Nancy Hartsoch is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for SolFocus, with responsibility for global marketing and business development activities in North America and the Rest of World territories. Prior to joining SolFocus she was CEO of Pacific Technology Group which she co-founded in partnership with Taiwan-based Acer Labs Inc. (ALi) to provide marketing, sales and applications engineering to launch an existing product line into the global market. Her 25-years of technology experience include five years as COO and VP of Marketing and Sales for ALi, Director of Marketing for Appian, and ran her own marketing consulting business for six years. She has an MBA and a BA from San Jose State University.

Bill Heck is Vice President of Sales for SolFocus, with responsibility for all sales activities in North America. Bill brings over 20 years of energy industry experience as a Utility, Development and Sales Executive specializing in power plant development with an emphasis on renewable energy. Prior to joining SolFocus, Bill was Vice President at Cogentrix Energy, and Director at Nevada Power Co./Sierra Pacific Power Co. Bill's energy experience includes Photovoltaic, Solar Thermal, Geothermal, Biomass, Wind and Natural Gas power plant development as well as Regulatory Affairs. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from College Misericordia and a Juris Doctorate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Osvaldo, as VP of Program Management, is responsible for the company's deployment, project management, and field support organizations. Os joined SolFocus from Cisco Systems where he led a global team of Program Managers in the delivery of Cisco Internetworking Operating System software to enterprise and server customers. Prior to that Os held senior management positions at Lockheed Martin, GE/Martin Marietta RCA Astro Space where he developed and delivered to orbit communications and earth remote sensing satellites for commercial and civil space customers, and Magnavox Electro Optical Systems. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.

As Managing Director of SolFocus EMEA, Christian Herrero has responsibility for sales and business development activities for the EMEA region including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Christian Herrero de Egana y Daucik brings 13 years of business experience in International Commerce and Relations. Christian joins SolFocus from Isofoton where he served as the Deputy International Commercial Director (VP International Division) with direct responsibility for sales and business development in Africa, Asia, Middle East, US and Latin America. He has a wealth of experience in working and managing relationships with public and government sectors and large key accounts and has accredited experience in negotiations and management of multi-disciplinary teams in international business environments. Christian has a B.S. with Honours from the University of Oxford.
