Message from Mark
In December the Copenhagen Climate Talks brought to center stage a global concern over climate change. While the talks themselves were disappointing in not moving the climate change agenda forward rapidly, other actions such as the recent ruling by the EPA on the harmful nature of green house gas emissions demonstrates that there is a realization of the critical nature of these issues, and is evidence that moving forward major steps must be taken to attack this problem.
At SolFocus we are committed to being the solar leader in sustainability and environmental stewardship. Our feature story in this newsletter shares with you the viewpoints of a number of industry experts on various aspects of sustainability in the solar market sector. In addition to the industry perspective, this video also addresses the light environmental footprint which is possible with advanced solar technology. Our goal is to deliver not only advanced energy systems, but ones which meet all demands of sustainability - preservation of natural resources, superior cradle-to-cradle design, and economic development.
